BIO101 FINANCIAL ADVISORY PTY LTD [ACN 605 915 839]  TAX PRACTITIONERS BOARD (TPB) INFORMATION

Bio101 is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and operates under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth) and TPB’s Code of Professional Conduct. The TPB maintains a register of tax agents and BAS agents. The public may verify Bio101’s registration by accessing and searching the TPB’s publicly available register at www.tpb.gov.au.

If concerns arise regarding the tax agent services provided by Bio101, complaints can be submitted directly to the TPB in accordance with the procedures detailed at https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints.

Bio101 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with applicable laws and ethical requirements. Clients of Bio101 are expected to provide accurate and timely information, comply with their taxation obligations, and honour payment arrangements. Bio101 confirms that no prescribed events or matters (as set out in sections 45(1)(d) and (e) of the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination) have occurred in respect of Bio101 within the past five years, and that it’s registration as a tax agent or BAS agent is not subject to any conditions.
