BIO101 FINANCIAL ADVISORY PTY LTD [ACN 605 915 839] TAX PRACTITIONERS BOARD (TPB) INFORMATION
Bio101 is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and is bound by the obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth) (TASA) and the TPB’s Code of Professional Conduct in providing services. Under the TASA, Bio101 is required to advise of the following:
- TPB Register – The TPB maintains a searchable register of tax agents and BAS agents which includes details of past breaches of the Tax Agent Code of Professional Conduct and specific conditions and/or sanctions imposed on tax agents. The public may verify Bio101’s registration by accessing and searching the TPB’s publicly available register at https://www.tpb.gov.au/public-register.
- Complaints – If concerns arise regarding the tax agent services provided by Bio101, complaints can be submitted directly to the TPB in accordance with the procedures detailed at https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints.
- Rights and Responsibilities – Bio101 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and compliance with applicable laws and ethical and professional requirements. Clients of Bio101 are expected to provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner, comply with their taxation obligations, and honour payment arrangements. Bio101 confirms no prescribed events or matters (as set out in sections 45(1)(d) and (e) of the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024) have occurred in respect of Bio101 in the past five years, and that its registration as a tax agent or BAS agent is not subject to any conditions.
