Isolation of RNA
Merlin Core Services isolates total, undegraded RNA from any source using the BIO 101 Kit methods: RNaid Plus SPIN, FastRNA, or Total RNA SafeKit depending on the source and subsequent use of the RNA. The RNA isolated by the Total RNA Safe Kit method is DNA-free and ready for RT-PCR or any other application.
