The RPM® 12G Kit makes use of the same
methodology and protocol as the RPM®
4G, but on a still
larger scale. Use this kit for preparation of 10-15 mg of high copy plasmid DNA in two and a
half hours from 12 g of cells from 1 to 3 liters of culture, depending upon media and growth
conditions.
