GENECLEAN^® II
For Purification of DNA (200 bp - 20 kb) from TAE or TBE Buffered Agarose Gels and Solutions.

The GENECLEAN^® II Kit is a widely used and economical version of the original GENECLEAN^® Kit. It contains the same reagents and follows the same protocol, but contains sufficient materials for 300 preps. In addition, it can be used with gels run in TBE as well as TAE by using TBE Modifier. The GENECLEAN^® II protocol is the same as that for the GENECLEAN^® Kit described on the previous page and in detail in the Protocol section of this catalog.
