Plasmid Growth Formulations: A number of proprietary media formulations have been developed that produce optimum yields of plasmid DNA. Each individual plasmid growth formulation demonstrates different characteristics for a given plasmid/host system. The five PGF formulations are available as a sample kit for testing. After determining which of the PGFs are best for your needs, they can be purchased separately in larger quantities.
Each PGF Test Pack contains 2 x 1 liter pouches of each of the 5 PGF formulations listed above for a total of 10 pouches.
